Über die Veranstaltung
On Saturday, 14th June 2025, at 7.00pm for a 7.30pm start, in Ian Hanger Recital Hall at the Griffith Conservatorium in South Bank, the Consul of Italy in Brisbane, Ms Luna Angelini Marinucci, is pleased to invite you to a special concert by the violin virtuoso Paolo Tagliamento and the guitarist Massimo Scattolin, as they guide us on a journey from Niccolò’ Paganini to Ennio Morricone (program attached).
Paolo Tagliamento plays on a Pietro Rogeri 1701 violin, known as the "Milanollo," generously provided by the ProCanale Foundation in Milan. He also uses "Dogal" strings, a prestigious Italian brand handmade by a Venetian family for generations.
Massimo Scattolin plays a “lattice braced” guitar, made by Enzo Guido, with Dogal “Maestrale” strings.
